How do I start a practice call?
Log in to your account, navigate to the Practice page, and click "Start Practice Call". Make sure to allow microphone access when prompted.
Where can I see my scorecard?
After your call ends, you'll be automatically redirected to your scorecard. You can also find past scorecards in your call history on the Practice page.
The AI can't hear me — what should I do?
Check that your browser has microphone permission enabled. Try refreshing the page and starting a new call. If the issue persists, try a different browser.
