- Call recordings & transcripts — audio recordings and AI-generated transcripts of your practice calls.
- Usage data — call duration, performance scores, session timestamps, and general interaction data used to operate the service.
2. How We Use Your Data
Your data is used for the following purposes:
- Training analysis — generating scorecards, transcripts, and performance feedback after each practice call.
- Product improvement — understanding usage patterns to improve the quality and reliability of the platform.
- Service operation — authenticating your account, delivering the core product, and providing customer support.
We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
3. Data Storage & Security
All data is stored in Supabase-hosted PostgreSQL databases with encryption at rest and in transit. Access to production data is restricted to authorized personnel only. Call recordings and transcripts are accessible only to the user who created them, enforced through row-level security policies.
4. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services to operate TikaBot:
- VAPI — processes voice calls, generates transcripts, and provides AI-powered call analysis. Call audio is transmitted to VAPI during active sessions.
- Supabase — provides authentication, database hosting, and data storage infrastructure.
- Vercel — hosts the web application and handles server-side rendering.
Each third-party provider is bound by their own privacy policies and data processing agreements.
5. Data Retention & Deletion
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you close your account, we will delete your personal data and call records within 30 days, except where retention is required by law. You may request deletion of specific call recordings or your entire account at any time by contacting us.
6. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
- Correction — request that we update or correct inaccurate information.
- Deletion — request that we delete your personal data and associated call records.
