Infrastructure
TikaBot is hosted on enterprise-grade cloud infrastructure with encrypted data at rest and in transit. All connections use TLS 1.2+.
Authentication
We use industry-standard authentication powered by Supabase Auth with secure session management, password hashing, and optional SSO for enterprise customers.
Data Privacy
Call recordings and transcripts are accessible only to the user who created them. Row-level security ensures strict data isolation between users.
